More than just a list, the Young Vikings 30 Under 30 (30U30) initiative shines a spotlight on talented professionals,  aged under 30, who have been identified as industry leaders of the future.

 

We are looking for nominations for our 30 rising stars who will then be offered an unrivalled opportunity to connect with one another, gain valuable industry recognition and develop their skills and knowledge.  Young Viking 30U30 members will also get to attend our exclusive Captains Cruise next year as well as other bespoke networking and event opportunities throughout the year. The group will also be offered opportunities to use their collective expertise and influence through a dedicated Working Group to make a real impact; contributing to industry content, connecting up with other partners of the Nordic Tourism Collective and co-creating their own new ideas that will determine the shape of our industry in the future.

​​

Nomination criteria:

To join the Young Viking 30U30, individuals must be nominated or recommended – either by themselves or by colleagues. The nomination form is free to fill out and submit. All nominees must meet the following criteria:

​

• A professional engaged in the Nordic or Baltic travel and tourism industry

• All sectors (NTO, DMO, SME and SMiE, DMC, Hotels, Transportation and buyer operators, agents and wholesalers)

• Aged 30 or younger as of 31 December 2025

• Working in a full-time role

 

Young Vikings 30U30 benefits:

• Full career profile published on Nordic Tourism Collective website

• Access to free, informal networking events throughout the year

• Attend the exclusive Captains Cruise in August 2025

• Participate in dedicated working groups and/or webinars

• Mentoring/reverse mentoring opportunities with industry leaders
