Johan now works in different areas of business, developing relations with multiple industries and the management of relationships with official institutions in different countries: Embassies/ Consulates/ National Export Councils and Chambers of Commerce.

Carola Storbacka Martin

Carola has a wide experience of marketing the Nordic counties throughout France where she held senior positions at Europe Incoming and Comptoir des Voyages.


Carola was responsible for the sales of tailor made trips for individuals to Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland. She is also experienced in the development of travel products in Finland and Sweden, working on the consumer B2C market.

Carola also assisted in high-level NGO and inter-governmental side-events/conferences including an international team under the supervision of the UN Climate Change Secretariat.

Kjell Ellefsen

As public relations officer for the Scandinavian Tourist Board Japan’s (STB), Kjell Ellefsen worked with both printed and broadcast media, and responsible for the promotion of Norway, Denmark and Sweden. During his tenure at STB, Kjell developed a keen insight into Japanese media, developing content and key messages, as well as leading media teams on inspection visits.


Latterly, as Chief Marketing Officer of the STB, Kjell was responsible for the overall strategic business planning for Japan and the marketing strategies for other Asia markets in which the  STB were active as well as hands-on implementation in India and Australia.  In 2015, Kjell established his own company to represent Visit Norway in Japan. The company was responsible for the total destination marketing of Norway in Japan.
