We will be boarding Silja Serenade in Helsinki in the early afternoon of the 02nd September returning to Helsinki on the morning of 04th Sept 2026. We will start our first session late afternoon on the 02nd Sept and then relax with dinner altogether.  The 3rd Sept will be a full day of business sessions and networking.

 

We will again be restricting the number of delegates to a maximum of 150 delegates to ensure more comprehensive networking. We will also be welocoming  a number of our YoungVikings as we did last year.  There will be some new discussion concepts with heavy emphasis on ensuring the best all-round networking opportunities for all.

Welcome drinks, informal dinner and overnight cruise to Stockholm,

 

03rd September

Arrive Stockholm

Business sessions morning and afternoon in Starlight room (10.00am - 5.15pm)

Drinks reception and dinner

(*Swedish suppliers have an option to join in Stockholm)

 

04th September

Arrive Helsinki 10.30am
